Hello! Because DHL checked the goods with battery and the declaration issue strictly , when you create the orders by using PFC system, please fill the product name correctly ( such as: Clothes: you need to clarify, whether it’s T-shirt / shirt / jacket / skirt ), please do not declare it with a general name, it needs to be a specific product name. This is important! Besides the product name, please fill the declaration value, and quantity correctly.
if the following acts are found, the costs incurred will be bear by the sender :
1: If find out the goods fake, for example, the battery goods declared as ordinary goods , the fine will be RMB 200 per order ; and it needs to be confirmed to arrange the return goods!
2: If find out liquid, powder, tea, check, RMB400 / order, please confirm before the operation!
3: If find out drugs, pornography, piracy and etc, penalties of RMB500 / order, please confirm before the operation!
4: The detection of drugs, guns, control of cutting tools or contraband, all goods and shipping fee will be not refundable ; Also, external + compensation minimum RMB10000 yuan / order;
