These terms govern your use of the services provided by China Fulfillment International. Please read them carefully before using our warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or related services.
China Fulfillment International is a trading name of PFC Express Ltd, registered and operating from 3rd Floor, Building D, Minle Industrial Park, Meiban Road, Longhua New District, Shenzhen 518131, China. ICP Registration: 粤ICP备12013396号. These terms apply to services provided through china-fulfillment.com, parcelfromchina.com, and en.pfcexpress.com.
We provide warehouse storage, order fulfillment (pick, pack, and ship), Amazon FBA prep and consolidation, quality control inspection, freight forwarding, customs documentation, branded packaging, kitting and assembly, cash on delivery (COD) fulfillment, dropshipping fulfillment, and related logistics services from our Shenzhen warehouse facility. The specific services, pricing, and terms applicable to your account are as described in your service agreement or quote provided by your account manager.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate company and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. You top up your account balance and services are deducted as used. Published rates (including $0.99 per carton pick and pack, $0.49 per CBM per day storage, and $0.15 per unit FNSKU labelling) are standard rates and may vary based on volume, service complexity, or custom agreements. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice. All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Storage fees begin after the initial 30-day free period for new customers.
We store your inventory in our Shenzhen warehouse facility at the agreed daily rate per CBM. The first 30 days of storage are free for new customers with no conditions. We take reasonable care to protect stored inventory but are not responsible for damage caused by inherent product defects, inadequate supplier packaging, or events beyond our reasonable control. Inventory left in storage for more than 180 days without activity may be subject to additional long-term storage fees or disposal after written notice to you.
We receive inventory deliveries from your suppliers at our Shenzhen warehouse address with zero receiving fees. We perform a 100% count check on every inbound delivery and notify you of the confirmed count by email within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy periods). Standard visual inspection is included at no cost. If we identify discrepancies between your purchase order and the delivered goods (wrong quantities, wrong products, visible defects), we document the issue with photographs and notify you the same day. We are not liable for defects that are not detectable through standard visual inspection.
We pick, pack, and ship orders according to your instructions and the shipping method you select. Orders received before 4:00 PM Hong Kong time are dispatched the same day. We guarantee 100% pick and pack accuracy. If we make a picking or packing error, we will reship the correct order at our cost. Branded packaging materials (custom boxes, tissue paper, inserts, tape) are applied at the standard pick and pack rate with no surcharge, provided you have supplied the materials to our warehouse.
We arrange shipping via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, or sea freight depending on your instructions. Quoted delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Transit times depend on carrier performance, customs clearance, and destination country conditions. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, the quoted price includes export clearance, international shipping, destination customs clearance, and import duties. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs holds, incorrect recipient addresses provided by you or your customers, or force majeure events.
All shipments dispatched from our warehouse are insured from our facility to the destination. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we file the insurance claim on your behalf and reimburse you upon successful claim settlement. Insurance claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier's insurance policy. We aim to settle valid claims within 14 days of claim validation. Maximum claim value is limited to the declared commercial value of the goods.
For Amazon FBA prep services, we prepare your inventory to Amazon's current published requirements including FNSKU labelling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, bundling, carton labelling, and palletisation. We update our processes when Amazon updates their requirements. If Amazon rejects a shipment due to a prep error attributable to us, we cover the rejection fees and rework the shipment at no additional cost to you. We are not liable for rejections caused by incorrect information provided by you (wrong FNSKU codes, incorrect product listings, etc.) or changes to Amazon's requirements that occur after your shipment has been dispatched.
For COD fulfillment, local courier partners collect payment from your customers on delivery. Collected funds are pooled and settled to your designated account on a weekly cycle. Settlement amounts are net of shipping and COD service fees. We track return-to-origin (RTO) rates by country and product category. Refused packages return to our warehouse for restocking or re-dispatch. We are not liable for customer refusals, payment disputes between you and your customers, or delays in settlement caused by local carrier processing times.
We can receive customer returns at our Shenzhen warehouse. Returned items are inspected, photographed, and processed (restocked, disposed, or held) according to your pre-set instructions. Return processing fees apply. Return shipping from the customer's country to our warehouse is arranged separately and is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You retain all ownership rights to your products, packaging designs, branding materials, and intellectual property. By providing branded materials to us, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that their use does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. We do not claim any ownership of your products or branding. We use your materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.
We treat your product information, supplier details, sales data, customer information, and business processes as confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except where required to provide the agreed services (e.g., sharing shipping details with carriers) or where required by law. You agree not to share our proprietary pricing, system access, or operational details with third parties without our written consent.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, carrier strikes, port closures, pandemics, or war.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for arranging the collection or disposal of any inventory remaining in our warehouse. If inventory is not collected within 60 days of termination, we may dispose of it after providing written notice. Any outstanding fees must be paid before inventory is released. There are no cancellation fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Shenzhen. The language of arbitration shall be English.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing customers of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
