Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the US, UK and EU. All import duties, customs fees and local taxes are calculated and covered before your order ships — your customers never receive an unexpected bill at delivery. With current US tariff levels on Chinese goods, we strongly recommend DDP for all US-bound shipments to protect your brand reputation and avoid negative customer experiences.

Amazon discontinued FBA Prep in 2026 — can you handle that?
Yes. Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer poly-bags, bubble wraps, bundles, kits, or applies FNSKU barcodes for FBA shipments in the US. We handle all of this in our Shenzhen warehouse at $0.99 per carton — every shipment arrives at Amazon fully prepped and compliant with current specifications, including weight limits and Box Content Feed requirements.
Do my suppliers need to be near Shenzhen?
No. Your suppliers can be anywhere in China — Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, or further. Domestic freight routes to our warehouse. Delivering to us is often cheaper for suppliers than FOB port delivery because we handle all export documentation.
How quickly can we get operational?
