Selling on Shopify and Amazon and TikTok Shop usually means the same product living in three separate inventory pools, three separate order queues, and a spreadsheet somewhere trying to keep them from contradicting each other. That is how sellers oversell a bestseller the week it actually starts moving.
We run one physical stock pool in Shenzhen behind every channel you connect. Sell it on Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon or as a crowdfunding reward, and the same warehouse fulfils it from the same shelf, with inventory that updates everywhere the moment a unit ships.
Multi-channel selling grows revenue and multiplies a very specific operational risk: the same unit committed twice because two platforms do not know about each other.
A product does well on TikTok Shop. Twenty units sell in an hour. Shopify and Amazon still show the old stock count, because nothing told them otherwise, and now you are cancelling orders and apologising to customers who paid in good faith.
Keeping separate pools per channel usually means keeping a buffer in each one, so the same total unit count ties up more capital than a single shared pool would. You are paying to protect against a problem that a shared count would simply remove.
Kickstarter and Indiegogo rewards are often run as a separate exercise from the store that follows them, with backers and customers drawing from inventory nobody reconciled against each other until it is a problem.
Without direct integrations, someone on your team is exporting orders from one place and uploading tracking numbers to another, which does not scale past a handful of orders a day and fails quietly the day it is forgotten.
None of this is a platform problem. Shopify, TikTok Shop and Amazon each do their own job well. It is an inventory architecture problem: the stock sits in separate pools because nothing is telling all three where the real count actually is.
The mechanism is simple even though the platforms are not: every channel connects to the same warehouse management system, and that system holds one number per SKU.
Every channel reads and writes against the same warehouse inventory record. There is no reconciliation step because there is nothing to reconcile: it was never split in the first place.
Shopify and WooCommerce push orders the moment they are placed. Amazon connects via SP-API. Tracking numbers write back to the platform on dispatch, so your customer gets their shipping confirmation from your own store, not from us.
| Channel | Connection |

| Custom or unlisted platform | REST API, or CSV/XML/XLS/FTP |
Full technical detail on every connection method is in our IT integration and API guide.
"Omnichannel" gets used loosely. Some 3PLs mean unifying wholesale, retail replenishment and EDI to big-box retailers alongside DTC. That is not what we sell, and we would rather tell you that up front than have you find out after signing.
Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, eBay and crowdfunding rewards, all fulfilled from the same Shenzhen warehouse against the same inventory count, on our standard D2C eCommerce fulfillment terms.
A sale on one channel reduces available stock on every other connected channel immediately, which is what actually prevents overselling.
A Kickstarter reward tier and a Shopify pre-order draw from the same physical units, so a campaign does not need its own separate stock pool.
We do not run retail replenishment EDI. If wholesale accounts with major retailers are part of your channel mix, you need a 3PL built for that specific requirement.
We do not operate retail-facing infrastructure in destination markets, so BOPIS-style fulfillment is outside what we do.
Our REST API covers order creation, inventory queries, tracking lookup and inbound shipment creation. If a channel is not on our direct-integration list, this is usually how it still connects.
Tell us which channels you sell on. We will tell you exactly which ones connect directly, which run through our API, and how long setup takes for your specific mix.
No commitment. No credit card. If your channel mix needs retail EDI we do not offer, we will say so plainly.
